via the system for any one event or can be negotiated on the aggregate
total for a number of events over a given period of time.
Will it meet all my needs?
- Customisation of core product including incorporation of Data base
and client record management systems will be negotiated on individual
basis.
- Registrants enter all their own information at their convenience
- Create
multiple registration types with specific questions, pricing, limits,
and emails
I charge my clients to attend meetings
- System can instantly authorized credit card payments if required
How do people know if they are registered?
- Registrant receives automated and personalized confirmation and reminder
emails. also automatically notified if they fail to complete their registration
form properly.
What if too many people try to register for same meeting?
- Automated “sold-out” message and wait-list options when
registration limits have been reached
I would like have our own logos on the registration form
- We can Customize graphics, logos, text, and colors or it is possible
for you to access the form and do it yourself
Will the information be compatible to my system?
- Export reports in five different formats: Excel, Text, PDF, HTML, XML
- Retrieve data using Microsoft’s Web Services technology
